PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY FOR USERS OF THE WEBSITE SERVICES

Within the meaning of Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) and the national regulation of reference, the objective of this policy is to inform you of how we process your personal data in relation to the use of the services offered on the website, such as the “Information Request” form and the marketing and promotion activities regarding the products and services offered by RF Systems Srl.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

With your prior express and informed consent, your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) sending information in reply to the requests you submitted via the “Information Request” form;

b) sending regular promotional newsletters regarding products and services and news about sectors relevant to RF Systems Srl;

c) sending general and personalised communications – via a range of communication methods, including email and other methods – regarding the promotion of RF Systems Srl products and services.

LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING

Lawful processing is regulated by article 6, paragraph 1, letter A:

Consent.

Once you have provided your consent to the processing of your personal data for the above purposes, the processing of your data will be lawful until you revoke your consent.

CONSENT REVOCATION

Within the meaning of article 7, paragraph 3, you may revoke the consent previously provided to the processing of your data for the purposes described in point d), even separately, by exercising your Data Subject Rights, or via the dedicated LINK at the end of the communications, where available.

DATA PROCESSING METHOD

Data may be processed on paper or using electronic and/or telematic methods, following organisation procedures and logic strictly relevant to the purposes described, in compliance with the GDPR.

DATA COMMUNICATION

Your personal data may be communicated to the following categories:

• collaborators of RF Systems Srl who process the data for the purposes described in this policy;
• consultancy firms or service companies who process the data for the purposes described in this policy;

Additionally, the following categories may have access to your data archived in our systems and will process them in compliance with the rules and principles of the GDPR:

• providers of electronic communication services and electronic and telematic data archiving, elaboration and management services;
• providers of systems information maintenance services.

All external subjects who have access to your data are forbidden from using them for purposes other than those described in this policy.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

As data subject, by sending a request via certified email at rfsystemsinnovation@legalmail.it or a letter with acknowledgement of receipt – to RF Systems Srl, Via Torre 7 – 36020 Solagna (VI) – you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller:

• (article 15) access to your personal data, information regarding your data and a copy of the data subject to the processing;
• (article 16) the rectification of incorrect data and the integration of incomplete data;
• (article 17) the deletion of personal data concerning you;
• (article 18) the limitation of the purposes for which the Data Controller can process your data;
• (article 20) your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format that allows data to be exchanged between Data Controllers.

Additionally, you have the right to:

(article 21) object, at any time, to the processing of your data for specific personal reasons;

(article 7, paragraph 3) revoke the consent you previously provided for the purposes described above.

Finally, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to complain to the relevant Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it – if you believe the data processing does not comply with Regulation EU 2016/679.

DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL

Data provision and consent to data processing for the purposes described in points a) and b) is indispensable for the provision of the service you requested. Should you not consent to the processing of your data, it will not be possible to meet your requests and provide you with the necessary assistance.

Consent to data processing for the purposes described in point c) is optional. However, should you not provide your consent, it will be impossible to send you general and personalised communications with information on products and services via a variety of methods, including email and others.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data provided for the purposes described in point a) are stored until you revoke your consent to their processing and, in any case, until the Data Controller is required to store them for tax or other purposes set by laws or regulations, and for the time they may require the data for their legal defence.

Data provided for the purposes described in points b) and c), will be stored until you revoke your consent to their processing.
