How the FP7A Works
The FP7A operates by rapidly exposing products to a variable electric field within a temperature-controlled process chamber.
Key process parameters such as chamber temperature, RF power between electrodes, and treatment time are adjustable to target specific contaminants or achieve desired levels of bacterial inactivation. This method quickly and uniformly brings products to the target temperature, typically low enough to preserve their physical, chemical, and sensory properties.
